I definitely think AP holders and DVC owners should be among the first. Maybe then they’ll get a chance to rise those rides that are almost impossible to get in on. Like the article said Universal Studios is doing it, so should Disney.
I think Disney vacation club members & annual pass holders should get early access. We are coming to Disney July 10th. At the moment, we can only stay at the resort or go to Disney Springs. Our trip was planned in November, so we are happy that Disney is open.
DVC and AP holders should be first in and then County and Florida residents. I also think for a short time when the parks open it should remain Florida residents only then slowly open at other states.
