Have a trip scheduled for August but will probably end up cancelling. Disney trips cost too much money only to get there and not know what will be open or if you’ll get to experience what is open due to capacity limits. Will save my money for a 50th Magic Kingdom celebration trip

True, I was thinking of scheduling one that month too but I agree with you not worth it if it’s limited attractions.

I just was one of the people whom tested queues dhs is going to be a major problem overall just to open if its limited bc there capacity is the smallest the queues can not make the 6ft! MK has the issue of attractions w queues attached to each other or in hm case constant cattle call! Epcot and dak would probably make it due to their sizes! I doubt disney would open to note this would be a complaint on top of the fact wouldn’t you rather go in when its open and free of limits i know i rather work in it! And i been ride out crew!!!

Upon reopening months from now when the rest of the world will be at 50-75% which is what they want please! Thats like mandatory masks for cms thats already being fought against… just like guests cms are real people too and have medical conditions where they might record higher temp or cant wear a mask! Honestly its so hot here in fl i take mine off and so do a few others i know and i wouldn’t doubt standing in the heat like i do has elevated my temp and i am doing less walking then i be doing! I sweat going from parking to the park sometimes so my temp is off before i get in and there needs to be understanding there and kindness! Disney opening in levels springs could open bc according to fl rules its tech a mall… then the gov said this for a few months then moving on then disney has its own levels! Someone brilliantly once said here in comments disney wasn’t built in a day and its not reopening one take from someone whose there riding this out and have patience! Please i beg of you esp you itm no offense but your just encouraging it under the means of positivity disney isnt above doing whats right for the state! I could only imagine the hell desantis will get if disney reopens before important stuff and i say that as a ride out worker and cm! We all understand what’s important! Thank you for understanding…

To be honest whenever it opens it will all be worth it weather now or later besides if disney knows anything its how fast they will make back the money they lost once parks are 100% knowing how many people i see here saying they are going etc. Besides next yr is the 50th and after all this i dont doubt it will extend! Heck we celebrated dl 50th w it for 3 yrs why not our own 50th!? And plenty of people will come then… so weather its now or later why does it honestly matter??? To me i rather go when its not a safety hazard and i can enjoy myself and i am sure others are w me!

Again w articles almost in sync itm w conflicting statements wo one or the other being opinions
… lets please stop debating opening or not! Springs will open bc its a mall and malls are aloud to open under the new level law! Be forewarned it will be watched like hawk and like any good hope could be taken away if no common sense… the water parks i been hearing from friends are next bc they limit people to begin w as well as hrs.

I agree,Disney needs to be cautious, take every possible measure to keep parks safe for visitors… they have the right to cancel reservations, etc… but Disney will need to extend that clause to those of us who have reservations, may not be canceled, but give us the right to cancel our reservations if, without repercussion, as a consumer, who chose NOT return to Disney, if limitations are in place, not allowing us to experience Disney to our fullest, and what we have invested in

    1. Harley

I called dvc to cancel a reservation prior to all this and they understood and canceled my pts remain in hold and will be returned in june or july after they caught up and system has too… so i def would call over and state your concern i am sure they will help! I never had a disney concern that wasnt handled esp now!
