Happy Mother’s Day Weekend!

Mother’s Day is an incredibly special day to honor and to love-on mothers everywhere. To celebrate, not only those who are bound to us by blood, but also our chosen family and the women who’ve served as mentors and inspired us throughout our lives.

Every single year this awesome day comes around and I find myself unsure of exactly how to express my gratitude to my mother, grandmother and so many other amazing women in my life. This year, the day also looks a little bit different than usual with a lot of people having to be away from their mothers, due to social distancing orders.

While a gift of flowers or chocolate is always nice, I enjoy sharing sentiments and letters with my family.

A Letter To My Magical Mom and Grandma

I’ve decided to write this ‘Mother’s Day Thank Tou’ to my mother and to every single amazing woman and mom out there. What better way to share all the amazing things about mothers than to tell it through the lens of some of the most beloved Disney moms on screen. So here’s a few things I want to say this mother’s day.

To my Mom and Grandma,

There are so many things that you’ve taught me and so many things I’m grateful for. Here are a few. Thank you for…

I cherish the fact that we are close and that the bond we have with each other is truly a special one. I’m so glad I was lucky enough to get you as my mom. I love you!
