The CDC has been asking the general public to wear cloth or fabric face coverings for a while, and Disney has finally started production on licensed, non-medical reusable masks featuring your favorite Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars characters. You can order them NOW, in the U.S., on shopDisney.com.
The senior VP of the Disney Store and shopDisney, Edward Park, understands that this is a challenging time for families and individuals. “Wearing any type of mask can be daunting. Our hope is that Disney’s cloth face masks featuring some of our most beloved characters will provide comfort to the families, fans, and communities that are so important to us.”

The retail price of the Disney Face Masks will be $19.99 for a four-pack, and feature a wide range of popular characters, which include Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Disney Princess Anna and Elsa from Frozen, Toy Story heroes Woody and Buzz Lightyear, The Avengers, and the Child – affectionately known as “Baby Yoda!” Browse the collection for even more characters that tug at your Disney heartstrings.
They will also come in a few sizes, ranging from Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. This will inevitably cover a wider range of body sizes and ages, rather than a one-size-fits-most approach. The cloth face mask options will align with the recommended FDA guidelines for non-surgical, non-industrial grade face masks.
Of course, you’ll want to act fast and check back often. Initially, Star Wars styles in all sizes sold out in less than an hour!
Care and Use of Disney Face Masks
The nitty-gritty? Since this is a personal item, there are no returns on the Disney cloth face coverings. To be sure you are ordering the correct size, refer to the measurement chart and measure from the bridge of the nose to the bottom of the chin. Choose the largest size your measurement falls into. Pay attention to the specifics on each size, noting the elastic lengths, etc. Disney’s cloth sandwich is a polyester front and cotton fabric back AND MIDDLE (three layers) and should be machine washed on cold, and either tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. As with any face covering, you should use it once and then wash before re-wearing.
SizeMeasurement in inches
Small 2 1/2” – 3 1/2”
Medium 3 1/4” – 4 1/2”
Large 3 3/4” – 5 3/4”
Extra Large 4″ – 6″

Donations of Disney Face Masks
From the newest Disney Parks Blog post, Disney is donating one million masks to families and children in underserved communities across the United States of America. This includes California and Florida, and the items will be distributed by a company called MedShare.
Disney’s cloth face masks are just one example of the company’s commitment to helping communities in need during the current healthcare crisis. As part of its nearly $5 million in-kind donations benefiting communities around the globe, The Walt Disney Company has already donated more than 100,000 N95 masks to the states of New York, California, Florida and Washington, D.C., and 175,000 rain ponchos to hospitals in need of additional protective garments.
Disney will also donate all profits from the sales in the U.S. of Disney’s cloth face masks to Medshare, up to $1 million, now through September 30, 2020. “Disney’s donations will make a tremendous impact in the communities we serve,” says Charles Redding, CEO and president of MedShare. “Their contribution of one million Disney cloth face masks will be provided to families in underserved communities and organizations working to limit the spread of COVID-19, while their monetary donation will be used to support the medical community’s ongoing efforts to provide lifesaving care to those who need it most.”
