Universal Orlando Coronavirus Updates

A few days ago, Universal Orlando followed suit in announcing the closures of their theme parks.

In an official statement they have posted on their website and app, the company shared:

Out of an abundance of caution and to assist with our nation’s preventive efforts, Universal Orlando Resort will temporarily close its theme parks, hotels and Universal CityWalk. Universal CityWalk will be closed as of Tuesday, March 17, and Universal Orlando’s hotels will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 20.

We anticipate remaining closed through March 31 – but will continue to evaluate the situation.

  • Refunds
  • Hotel and Package Bookings
  • Booking while the resort is closed
  • Annual Pass Information
  • Blue Man Group
  • Mardi Gras Questions

In the Operational Updates Statement, the company also shared additional ways they are offering to assist guests and team members during this time.
