As someone who is due to cruise in the next 14 days, I’m very disappointed in Disney right now. While cancellation policies were slightly softened, we still only have 12 months from the date of embarkation to rebook should we choose to cancel, which is significantly less time than other cruise lines are offering.
The CDC and the State Department, as well as the Federal Government overall, has recommended that people only travel if absolutely necessary. It’s time for Disney to step up and continue to be the leader in excellent customer service that we’ve come to expect. Cancel the cruises, refund our money, and do what’s best for the U.S. as a whole. Then I will feel much better about remaining a fierce Disney Cruise Line fan.
