Mardi Gras at the House of Blues and Sprinkles
The spirit of Mardis Gras will take over the House of Blues Restaurant and Bar. The celebration will run from Valentine’s Day weekend to Mardi Gras itself (Tuesday, February 25, 2020). House of Blue will play host to “Fat Saturdays” that feature a special menu of Bread Bowl Gumbo, Jambalaya, their famous Bread Pudding, and Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee. The bar and restaurant will also host a Mardi Gras party in the courtyard on February 15 and February 22 from 5-9 pm featuring food and drink specials as well as live performance from the Brown Bag Brass Band.
If you’re looking for something more in the King Cake arena, Sprinkles has you covered. Available starting February 17 and then through March 1, Sprinkles will serve a special “Bananas Foster Cupcake packed with caramelized banana-infused rum sauce and topped with vanilla buttercream frosting with Mardi Gras themed sprinkles.”
Vivoli Il Gelato will also have something waiting for you: The King Shake. “It’s an over-the-top shake made with cake gelato spun with milk, a waffle cone, a cinnamon roll, and topped with whipped cream.”
Carnevale at Maria and Enzo’s
Beginning now through February 29, Disney Springs’ new favorite Italian restaurant will be a Carnevale dinner party from 5 pm – 10 pm with live music, balloon artists, mask painters and you can even request your own mask for the event. Special Sicilian dishes will return for this annual event as well as some special drinks. But, reservations are recommended for this party. They can be made online or by calling (407) 560-8466.
