Yes! I get that it needs maintenance time, and that it’s usually not open during other ticketed events. I went to DL last fall before ROTR opened and Galaxy’s Edge was still a blast. But this is a Star Wars-themed event that’s happening over Star Wars Celebration weekend. I don’t think it’s that unreasonable to have assumed their star attraction would be open for this event. Now all I can think of is the “So eventually you plan to have dinosaurs in your dinosaur park?” scene in Jurassic Park. For what they’re charging, and considering how many fans will be in town that weekend, this is a bummer.

Yes it absolutely should be available to ride. It is a Star Wars event. I will be going and will have a blast regardless but I’m still hoping they will figure this out to make it available for the party goers!

    The Chapek Strikes Back.

He cut the third Galaxy’s Edge attraction, and now he’s saying Star Wars fans cannot ride the new Star Wars attraction on Star Wars Night.

He (as usual) has altered the deal. Pray he doesn’t alter it further.
