The disability access card does not mean your times are set. Not at all. It works like this: you choose the ride you want- say, Peter Pan. They scan your pass/magic band. If the line is 90 minutes, you come back in 90 minutes (or anything past that) and get in the fast pass line.
You can only do this for one ride at a time (if you scan for a different ride before using your return time, you lose it and the new one replaces it)
You can do whatever you want during that time. You can come back and ride ANY TIME after your return time. You can choose to scan at any ride in any order.
As a parent of a child with disabilities, I think it’s a fair way to do it.
The issue is it use to just be just that it was an alternate entrance meaning the pass aloud you at anytime to join the fp line or at mk before everything had fp wc access… thats what they are fighting and many of us have issue we lost our pass bc it got taken advantage of well then give a limit like there is now do not change the system so it sucks!
The issue is the way it is now sucks for the disabled, the cms most whom look like they do not care if they do not help out but they are just following the NEW rules but wish they didnt have to bc they think it sucks, and the regular line bc its just adding to fp! New soultion get rid of fp and just have a regular line w a wc access for people whom need it stop the line briefly like you use to and the end! FP is a nightmare that should have never been created before i went and managed wo fp and lines were normal time frames even during busy seasons and now its insanity! Your supose to enjoy your vacation not need a vacation from it! Besides those that need a pass or access have enough to worry about in their daily life!
I believe we should outlaw fp like mark said lines would move freely and no wait would be days long and everyone wouldnt need a vacation from their vacation nor fighting das/gac!
I on the other hand applaud this and need the old pass back both my folks are in wc and i am a cancer survivor we can not wait its hard enough coming in the alt entrance help out so much! Or even keep the limit of 5 and not allow 20 people to a party and let people get away w it! That to me was the dumb cm fault not the guest!
