Disneyland Paris has finally given us a new look at the Frozen-themed land coming to Walt Disney Studios Park and it’s safe to say from this new concept art it looks like a flurry of fun!

The all-new image gives us an up-close look at the snow-capped mountain land of Arendelle. In the image, we get an all-new perspective of Arendelle Village, which appears to wrap around an enchanting lake that leads to Elsa’s ice palace. If you look to the left of the image, you can see what appears to be a far off mountain, which is also a part of the new land to be ruled by Queen Elsa.

The lake, which serves as the center of the new frozen land is about 7.5 acres in size and is set to serve as an entertainment stage with a 360 degree viewing area. The lake is said to be created with advanced lighting, sound, special effects technology, and fountains to offer guests brilliant water-based shows.

“This new, open-air development will add to the beauty and immersiveness of Walt Disney Studios Park, while providing the perfect center stage for not only daytime shows, but also nighttime spectaculars. It will completely rejuvenate the park’s experience,” said David Wilson, site portfolio executive for Euro Disneyland Imagineering.

Upon its opening, the new land is set to include a new restaurant and shop. This is all in addition to special character encounters for young ones to meet Princess Anna, Queen Elsa, Olaf and other characters from the beloved film.

Disneyland Paris has not officially announced an opening date for the park. However, it has teased in the past that it will be opened in “the coming years.”

Frozen Celebration

As part of their new look at their upcoming Frozen-themed land, Disneyland Paris also revealed other Frozen news, including an enchanting new family journey with a brand new Frozen Celebration event
