It’s wrong, you cant give one person permission and not another. It’s like making water tumblers and such that are sold. THEY OWN THE RIGHTS just like when you make something and then see someone copied it and make money off of it. The headstone company would charge them for the graphic and then do for others. If the little boy loved Spiderman, they could bury him in his favorite tshirt or costume. They could had pictures around. There are ways. Honestly, my son will be gone 13 years tomorrow and it gets harder and harder to get to the cemetary. I KNOW he is in heaven. It doesn’t matter what is on his headstone. It mattered to me he had his favorite sweater on

It is sad I buried both of my sons and my first I had the fireman logo engraved on his stone and the second the grateful dead skull I was never asked about copy rights. Spiderman is a hero to many children and if it is something the child adore it shouldn’t matter if it is put on a headstone. Disney just acquired them and Stan Lee wouldn’t mind hell he may have paid for it. The logo head is everywhere and people use it all the time may be able to put it on a headstone
