The US really needs to require sales tax to be included in prices. If this were in Paris, they’d say it would be €200 or €250 with everything included.

  2. Yeah…I agree with you pal! Money spending is a serious matter.

I know everyone loves their lightsabers but $200 is nuts! Any word yet on the toys? I heard droids were $100 what about the porg puppets?
My son honestly just wants the new porg to add to his group he doesnt want to see the land! I am star wars fan thats also a porg mom sorry these are the ? I ask!

These are honestly reasonable. They seem pretty comparable to the Black Series and Parks Series Lightsabers which also retail at $200. I wish we could see all the component parts before making a choice of kit though.

I rather just get a custom on online that looks AMAZING because of the lighting on the saber and pay 100 more and is more light weight. I hear these are bulky could these be as heavy as the hasbro ones?

  6. Sales tax is based on the state in the US. Within some states a city itself can also have a higher sales tax than the state sales tax. For example I live in Pennsylvania where the sales tax is 6% however Philadelphia adds a 2% sales tax for a total of 8%.

I believe Flordia’s rate is 6.5% with a 0.5% additional where Disney World is located so a 7% tax.

Absolutely. Once I can afford to go to Florida. $200 for that quality is a pretty damn good bargain. Biggest problem is deciding what style to go with. But pretty sure I won’t go for Power and Control.

Overpriced as everything at Disney is. Harry Potter wands are 50 and people think those are too expensive. Disney just had to price these unreasonably to make a point!

You can see the styles the will show you before you even are at the cashier.

You can. You look at cards of each one and pick the one you like the best. I watched a you tube video. They showed the entire process from start to finish.
