Ready, set, runDisney! ; Dine Half Marathon Weekend opens tomorrow, Tuesday, March 19, and this year we’re celebrating its 10th anniversary!
The runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend at Walt Disney World takes place this year from October 31 through November 3. Whether you’re a new runner or an avid runDisney enthusiast (or you’re using it as an excuse to try all those delicious goodies from Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival), there’s something for everyone this fall!
Here is the official schedule:
- Disney Fall Feast 5K: November 1, 2019
- Disney Wine & Dine 10K: November 2, 2019
- Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon: November 3, 2019
- runDisney Kids Races: November 2, 2019
- Post-Race Party: November 3, 2019
This year, runDisney is offering participants something extra magical. Beginning with the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, all runDisney 5K participants from then on will receive a tech shirt. Previously, these shirts were only offered to 10K, Half Marathon, and Challenge participants, so it’s great that now 5K participants at runDisney events will be able to receive this awesome perk as well!
Disney also announced that an exclusive Post-Race Party in Epcot will take place for the first time with an earlier entry time at this year’s event on Sunday, November 3. The party is a great opportunity for all runDisney participants to enjoy Food & Wine Festival food, have some fun with Mickey Mouse, and celebrate together after a long weekend of racing. Race participants receive automatic entry, and you can purchase tickets for your friends and family to join you beginning March 19. For more details, visit the official Post-Race Party page here.
Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is one of the most anticipated runDisney events of the year, so we can’t wait for everyone to join in the excitement together. ; Dine Half Marathon Weekend opens on March 19 at 10 a.m. EST. Click here to register!
