Credit: Sean Sposato/ITMWalt Disney World Annual Passholders, get ready: there’s another exclusive V.I.PASSHOLDER pop-up event taking place this weekend at Disney Springs.
On Saturday, January 26 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM, visit the World of Disney store at Disney Springs to get first access to the new Disney Parks Artist Series collection. Local Disney artists Mike Posluszny and Dave Keefer will be in attendance during the event.
The new merchandise series features four t-shirts designed by local Disney artists Darren Wilson, Dave Keefer, Mike Posluszny, and Casey Jones. Each tee showcases the artist’s unique take on Mickey Mouse and one of the four Walt Disney World theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Inside the Magic got a preview of the new series today, and you can take a peek at the merchandise and artist bios below.
Passholders can meet Mike and Dave, the artists who created the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios t-shirt designs, and the artists will be signing t-shirts at the event.
Things to note:
- Registration is not required, but you do have to present a valid Annual Pass and photo ID at check-in
- Merchandise is available while supplies last
- The 20% Passholder merchandise discount can be applied
- Two items may be signed per guest per time in line
- You cannot bring personal items to be signed
- Valid Walt Disney World receipt may be required
If you’re not an Annual Passholder, you can purchase this collection starting Saturday, January 26 at 10:00 AM.
Recently, Annual Passholders also got early access to the new Potion Purple merchandise craze sweeping Disney Parks. During that event at Magic Kingdom Park, Passholders were able to buy Potion Purple spirit jerseys, sparkly backpacks and wallets, and more.
