Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites celebrates its grand opening at Universal Orlando Resort in Summer 2019, and we’ve got a look inside the bright, surf-inspired guest rooms.
When the resort debuts next year, Surfside Inn and Suites will offer 750 guest rooms and 2-bedroom suites featuring a carefree, beachy design theme. The 2-bedroom suites sleep up to six people and include three queen-sized beds, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette area, making them ideal for family and group vacations.
The laid-back vibe is apparent from the moment you step into these new guest rooms, with details like a full-sized surfboard, pinstriped rug runners, tie-dye curtains, and a relaxing blue color scheme. “The vibrant design features remind me of being inside the barrel of a wave, surrounded by cool blue waters,” says Jessica Iaconis, a Senior Manager for the Universal Creative team.
The kitchenette area includes a picnic table where guests can gather for meals before heading out to enjoy all that Universal Orlando Resort has to offer. When you stay at Universal Orlando hotels, you can take advantage of Early Park Admission, free transportation to CityWalk and the parks, and you can make purchases throughout the resort using your room key.
In addition to lots of sleeping space and the kitchenette area, the suites also offer spacious bathrooms with two sinks and a separate shower area.
Reservations for Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites are now available here. Rates start at just $73 per night for a standard guest room and $111 per night for a 2-bedroom suite.
Dockside Inn and Suites, a sister resort to Surfside Inn and Suites, opens at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort in 2020. Like its sister hotel, Dockside Inn and Suites will offer affordable guest rooms in Universal Orlando’s new Value hotel category.
