Reservations are now available at Sebastian’s Bistro, the newest restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Take a look at this new under the sea-themed restaurant, where guests can enjoy a variety of Latin and Caribbean flavors, including signature seafood, steak, salads, sandwiches, and burgers.
For guests looking to start their meal with a dish full of culture, they can indulge in the Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls and Jamaican Meat Pies. The rolls are served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil, while the Jamaican Meat Pies come with Guajillo chili sauce. There’s also an Arepa made with slow-cooked pork and chili-mango barbecue sauce.
Signature entrées at Sebastian’s Bistro include the Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” with crispy yuca, Citrus-Stuffed Sustainable Whole Fish with turmeric brown rice and cilantro-lime vinaigrette, the Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales with sautéed peppers and salsa verde (pictured below) and the Crab Cake-topped Burger with lettuce, tomato, and horseradish mayonnaise (pictured below).
The restaurant also offers vegan offerings, such as the Island Curry “Eggless” Sandwich served on multigrain bread and the Plant-Based Bahn Mi Sandwich with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, and Miso-Sriracha mayonnaise.
For guests looking for something sweet, the restaurant also offers island-inspired desserts. Some of these tropical treats include the Banoffee Pie with banana custard and chocolate ganache, served in a graham cracker tart with caramel sauce, or the Floating Island Sundae with fresh Caribbean fruit, meringue, guava, and Guanabana sorbet. Inspired by the culture of Key West, Mile Marker Zero features Iced Key Lime Pops with sea salt and tropical sauce.
For guests with little ones, the kid’s menu is where you’ll find similar Caribbean offerings like the Whole Grain Penne with zucchini and roasted tomato sauce, Jerk Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Cilantro-Lime Cream, and a Jamaican Meat Pie. Side items include sautéed green beans, mac and cheese, pizza biscuits, cauli-fries with carrot ketchup, and more.
Additionally, Sebastian’s Bistro also features different drink offerings for everyone in the family, as the drink menu includes alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails. Some of the alcoholic drinks include island-inspired cocktails with Caribbean rums and customizable rum flights. The restaurant also offers Caribbean and domestic craft beers and wines.
When designing this new eatery, Disney wanted to capture and celebrate the natural beauty of the Caribbean. To do this, they designed Sebastian’s Bistro with coral patterns and kelp filigree. Throughout the restaurant, guests can also find abstract artwork and underwater landscapes. Additionally, from the restaurant’s location in the resort, guests will be able to enjoy waterfront views.
