Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is currently undergoing refurbishments, and in a few months, it will feature a new table service restaurant: Sebastian’s Bistro.
Replacing Shutters as the resort’s table-service dining option, Sebastian’s Bistro will be located by the Old Port Royale waterfront. The family-friendly restaurant’s menu features a blend of Latin and Caribbean flavors served in a warm island atmosphere.
The exterior features a blue shiplap marquee with Sebastian’s inviting smile, while the interior includes kelp filigree, coral patterns, and nautical decor. Throughout the restaurant, guests can enjoy abstract art and under-the-sea scenes featuring Sebastian and friends.
In addition to this peek at Sebastian’s Bistro, Disney shared a look at the previously announced changes coming to Centertown Market, a quick-service dining location.
As part of the refurbishment, the location will be expanded to resemble an indoor street market. Guests enter the market beneath a palapa-like structure (an open-sided dwelling with a thatched roof), which is decorated with colorful glass bottle light fixtures. The market features awnings, open shutters, wooden light posts, and seating areas where guests can relax while they grab a bite to eat.
For more quick bites and specialty coffee drinks, guests also have access to the Grab n’ Go market.
Menu details and opening dates for both dining locations will be announced at a later date, so stay tuned!
