On August 30, Chef Guy Fieri, restauranteur Robert Earl, and Chef Mickey were on hand for the special Chicken Guy! ribbon-cutting ceremony at Disney Springs.
Hundreds of guests lined up for the ceremony, which served as the official welcome for the new fast-casual restaurant from Guy Fieri and Robert Earl. Chef Mickey joined the festivities along with Matt Simon, Vice President of Disney Springs, Lisa Onopa, Director of Operating Participants Department, Walt Disney World Resort, and Brandon Peters, Walt Disney World Ambassador.
“Growing up as a fan of all things Disney, I was absolutely stoked to be able to share a stage with Chef Mickey Mouse!,” Fieri said. “My partner, Robert Earl and I, wanted to bring an incredible chicken-forward concept to life and couldn’t be happier to have our first location be at Disney Springs.”
The menu at Chicken Guy! features tasty chicken tenders served grilled or fried in sandwiches, on skewers, or in meal-sized salad bowls. Chicken Guy! is open Sunday – Thursday from 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM and Friday – Saturday from 11:00 AM – midnight. For more information, head over to their website.
