When the new Chicken Guy! restaurant opens at Disney Springs, it will serve up delicious and affordable sandwiches, salads and desserts to Walt Disney World guests.
The newest eatery coming to Disney Springs, Chicken Guy! is getting ready to open its doors at Walt Disney World. The quick-service restaurant comes from celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restauranteur Robert Earl, who wanted to bring together delicious chicken, a family-friendly menu and affordable options for everyone.
Chicken Guy! will be a one-stop shop for everyone’s favorite fried chicken offerings. In addition to flavorful sandwiches, tenders and salad bowls, the restaurant will also be serving up tasty sides and frozen treats.
A few of the restaurant’s sandwich offerings include:
Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ – This sandwich is made with pepper jack cheese, Bourbon brown barbecue sauce, slaw, pickles and BBQ kettle chips.
All of the chicken offered at the restaurant is made with a special batter that already makes it delicious, but the combination of BBQ sauce, slaw and pickles really make this savory sandwich stand out. This sandwich will be $6.99 when Chicken Guy! opens.
The Sauce Boss – Made with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and your choice of any two of Chicken Guy!’s 22 signature sauces.
This is a great option for anyone who likes to dance to the beat of their own drum as it offers the most customizations of any of the restaurant’s sandwich offerings. This bite will go for $5.99 upon opening.

CG Classic: Topped with cheddar cheese, special sauce, and lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle ($6.49).
Big Bite B.L.A.T.: Assembled with crispy smoked bacon, lettuce, avocado cream, tomatoes, and buttermilk ranch ($6.99).
Southwestern: Topped with pepper jack, special sauce, avocado cream, cumin lime mojo, charred corn, roasted peppers, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes and crispy tortilla strips ($6.99).

Southwest Sweet Corn: Made with charred corn, slaw, roasted peppers, black beans, tomatoes, red onions, grilled scallions and crispy tortilla strips, served with cumin lime mojo and chipotle ranch sauces. This option will be priced at $8.99.
Chopped Chicken Cesar: Crispy romaine, parmesan, house-made croutons, and Caesar dressing ($8.49).
BBQ Chopped Chicken: Crispy romaine, slaw, cheddar, black beans, tomatoes & crispy tortilla strips, served with bourbon brown sugar BBQ and buttermilk ranch sauces ($8.99).
In addition to sandwiches and salad bowls, the restaurant will also serve tasty sides. Some of these sides include:
Loaded Fries: Smothered in super melty cheese, chopped grilled chicken, bacon & green onions. This offering is great for anyone who loves cheese fries with a bunch of flavor, which comes from the added bacon and green onions. The loaded fries will go for $7.99.
Chicken Guy Fries: made with Chicken Guy!’s signature fry seasoning ($2.99).
Fried Pickle Chips: Paired with buttermilk ranch sauce ($2.99).
