Star Wars: Galactic Nights returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 27, and many new food items inspired by the galaxy far, far away are on the menu.

Walt Disney World’s culinary team drew inspiration from the characters, stories, and worlds of “Star Wars” to create an array of gourmet offerings for the event. Dueling Gazpacho, inspired by the lightsaber duel between Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and Sith Lord Darth Maul, is one of the new dishes this year. The gazpacho pits spicy red pepper against cool cucumber-melon for a foodie face off.

Three-Cheese Pasta with a Meatball is another new dish this year. Inspired by the Resistance Movement, this bold pasta dish includes a creamy three-cheese sauce and a spicy lamb and beef meatball. In addition, the Sweet and Spicy Fried Drumstick features a honey-chili glaze and is served with a pepper jelly biscuit.

Available exclusively at the Hollywood Brown Derby, the Lemon Diver Scallop with Pork Belly is a perfect blend of land and sea. Inspired by the capital of the galaxy, Coruscant, the Tofu and Rice Noodles are also exclusive to Hollywood Brown Derby. This dish features pan-seared tofu, leeks, red onions and noodles.

For vegetarians, there’s the Soba Noodle Salad inspired by the Forest Moon of Endor. This dish features chili-soy Soba noodles, cucumbers and carrots topped with a hard-boiled, chili-glazed deviled egg. Another vegetarian dish, Plantmeat on Rootcrush, is inspired by Unkar Plutt’s concession stand on Jakku. The meal features vegetarian meatloaf, mashed potatoes, root vegetables and mushroom gravy.

Cheese Grits inspired by Mon Cala feature a steamed crawfish covered in Louisiana boil broth atop sweet corn and cheese grits. Loaded Red Curry Duck Fries, inspired by the Battle of Crait, include seasoned fries topped with duck confit, red curry ketchup and white blended cheese sauce.

Fish and Chips with Smoked Paprika Remoulade was inspired by the Erso homestead and come with root vegetable chips. The Ancho-Chili Octopus, inspired by the Sarlacc, is exclusive to BaseLine Tap House and features octopus and jicama, pear and cucumber slaw.

Returning items this year include the fan-favorite Lightsaber Churros, Lightsaber Churro Sundaes, Sweet and Crunchy Popcorn, “Star Wars”-themed Orange Truffle Cupcakes, Glow Cotton Candy, and the Mini-Eclair Trio.

On the savory side, returning items include C-3PO Charcuterie, Yoda Pepperoni Pizza, Pork Wings with Blueberry Slaw, Vegan Blue Milk Curry, Grilled Wagyu Beef Slider, Bloody Mary Grilled Shrimp and Chorizo Skewer, Crab Duo, and Ribeye Steak Puff.

Drinks include the Skywalker Wine Flight, featuring Sommità Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Rosé, and Sommità Pinot Noir from Skywalker Vineyards in Marin County, California. For a non-alcoholic treat, look for the refreshing Jettison Juice.
