I don’t know where your 1:1 ratio comes from, but I know many who have never been a fan of the way Pixar toons have been shoe-horned into the parks at the expense of thematic coherence or integrity. Toy Story Lands are no more than Disney operating under the Six Flags model: naked coasters and flat rides strewn with plastic decoration.
Sad fact is, as popular as their movies have been, Pixar has been terrible for the more sophisticated, Old School Disney Park fan. Look no further than Paris’ Discoveryland.
