We also had this happen this past December while traveling to epoct, maintenance had to bring a lift truck to close the door. We were stuck for over an hour till they were able to assess the situation and close the door
Just another sign that it’s time for an upgrade to the WDW monorails. It’s been a while and it needs some attention as a well known and iconic part of Disney.
