Epcot International Festival of the Arts is almost here, giving guests a chance to experience “art in action” events, art seminars, professional workshops, culinary delights, and much more.

One of this year’s featured artists, Will Gay, stopped by Epcot recently for some early morning painting. Gay created a beautiful oil painting of “Japan’s Gate” and Disney captured his work in a video.
