To create the display, the company’s pastry chefs used 45 lbs. of bread flour, 15 lbs. of dark chocolate, 15 lbs. of eggs, 15 lbs. of honey and 10 lbs. of confectioners’ sugar. The display is a set of iconic restaurants and locations found around Disney Springs and celebrates the story behind the Town Center’s look.
Some of the iconic locations included in the display are Planet Hollywood, House of Blues, a re-imagined Amorette’s Patisserie and the Aerophile hot air balloon. Below are some additional pictures of the stunning display.
The display also contains a hidden Mickey, located on the Amorette’s Patisserie building. The display has only one hidden Mickey to follow Disney’s rule of having the number of hidden Mickeys follow suit with the number of years a display has been featured at the Walt Disney World Resort.
