Guests immersed in the Walker Nation experience at Halloween Horror Nights: one visitor unleashes a terrified scream, while another, transformed with gory bald zombie makeup characteristic of the event’s scareactors, amplifies the frightful energy that defines this iconic haunt.

What is it like to transform into a scareactor and provide thrilling chills for guests at Halloween Horror Nights? Dave Solo, CEO and host of “Walker Nation,” had the chance to find out.

Long-time horror fan Solo has attended Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights for the past 13 years and often wondered what it’s like to be a scareactor at the event. This year, he was offered the chance to become one of the terrifying residents of the “Hive” house.

Charles Gray, Show Director for Entertainment, helps Solo transform into a “rat-like vampire” in the video below.
