Disney is revealing more of what’s in store during Marvel Day at Sea, including a new interactive show with Doctor Strange.

Families are invited to join the powerful Doctor Strange in the world of the Mystic Arts. Special effects and projections transport guests from the Walt Disney Theatre to Doctor Strange’s residence at the New York Sanctum Santorum. Audience members become apprentices, learning to cast spells and create portals to other worlds.

The youngest apprentices are given extra attention as Doctor Strange calls on them to learn the basics of Mystic Arts, while Master Students lead the children through training exercises. Each student is awarded a certificate after completing their mystic arts training.

However, there’s one last task to complete before the show is over. When an epic battle against the Dark Dimension begins, students will have to put their newly acquired skills to the test.

Marvel Day at Sea takes place on select 7- and 8-night Disney Cruise Line sailings from New York this fall. It will return on select 5-night Western Caribbean cruises from Miami in early 2018.

You can book online or by calling (800) 230-3667. For more information, visit the Disney Cruise Line website.
