Long-time running nighttime spectacular “Wishes” will soon be laid to rest at Walt Disney World, but Disney is working overtime to make sure those big shoes will be filled with the new nighttime show “Happily Ever After.” A behind-the-scenes glimpse at the work that has gone into the show reveals spectacular colors, dancing fireworks, a moving song and impressive digital projections. Disney also revealed that this show will bring an unprecedented number of characters into this single presentation. It’s a real possibility that this show will be the best thing to happen to the Magic Kingdom to date, but judge for yourselves.

“Happily Ever After” will debut in the Magic Kingdom on May 12.
