On April 24, Portobello Country Italian Trattoria in Disney Springs will temporarily shut its door for refurbishment. The restaurant is developing a new concept for its location–one that features a family style menu and Italian craft beers and wines.
Levy restaurants has released a statement about the matter, saying that they are working with award-winning chef Tony Mantuano to design something that is in line with the continuing development of Disney Springs as well as offers the delicious Italian cuisine for which they are known.
This is just the latest renovation to be announced in Disney Springs. Both Paddlefish and Planet Hollywood Observatory underwent extensive refurbishments last year and recently reopened again to the public.
