I’m guessing maybe another Cirque Du Soleil residence show.

Well, it -has- been 20 years. That’s a ridiculously long run for a theatre show. I also am pretty darn sure CdS is just going to put a new show in there rather than leave the building entirely. They pack the building with every show, they’d be fools to walk away.

Have rotating Cirque shows every few months to keep the locals coming.

It’s a nice thought, but given the production necessities per show, they’d either have to do stripped down shows (which I don’t think they’d want to do) or else they’d just be out of room. All those props, lighting and projectors, stage backdrops, costumes, and all that have to be put somewhere and given how much they have per show, I don’t think it’d be feasible to even be running two simultaneous shows much less a rotating program.

Well I have only been once (2006) but if they change to a new show at the end of the year when we go next year I will have to get tickets and arrange our schedule for it.
