Bob Iger extends tenure as Disney CEO another year, through July 2019

As previously hinted at, Disney chairman and CEO Bob Iger has once again extended his tenure as the head of the Walt Disney Company.

Iger will remain the company’s chief executive for another year, through July 2019.

This is the third time Iger has had his Disney contract extended, as he continues to hunt for the right replacement.
