Going to miss it although the prices were increasing making them hard to collect, and some frustrating aspects of the game bugged me. (Why can’t I use bay max in marvel game?)
Now the few old characters I had will be extra impossible to find affordably. Sigh.
Will miss it
I think canceling such a fun and creative game series is a huge mistake. Not only does it make the Disney Company look selfish and money-hungry, but it also robs the world of future imgaineers that the game series could have inspired.
It is such a shame that the franchise is not continuing making Disney Infinity. As a consumer who has Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0, I believe personally the issue was that they continuously released new versions requiring a whole new game and a whole new game pad. In addition, the pricing of each of these play set additions became increasingly expensive over time which turned an initially $80 game into over a $300 + game. My partner doesn’t even spend that much on normal Play Station 4 games. I think too Skylanders was always more popular. As with the new Lego Dementions on the market too adding extra competition.

I’m going to miss it. We really enjoyed collecting the figures and playing the games as a family.

I am going to miss it. It was a great way to bring home Disney and movies. So many properties left to cover that we will not see. It is a real shame.
