FINALLY! Not only was pulling out soaked, torn, ripped, faded passes out of your pockets after ripsaw falls incredibly aggravating…but the process to get a new pass at times seemed harder than getting a same day actual PASSPORT! Thank you Universal for finally making this transition.
Yay! Thank you Universal for actively listening to their guests and acting in their requests. The design looks great and the plastic will overall be better for everyone.
I’m a little confused though as to why their having specific pick up days and are not letting you switch out at the ticketing desks at the front of the park. What if I’m not able to make it to a distribution day?
We live in NC but come down regularly, just not during the pick up times, is there going to be a shipping option? Or can we just swap them out at a ticket window when we come down next?
Will I be able to pick up my pass on other days of the week? I generally work Friday to Sunday and I’m sure a lot of other people are in the same boat as me!
They just change it to every day instead of the weekend of the posted dates above. it will still be from June 3 to June 19, but everyday instead of just weekends.

They later stated that if you can’t make the listed dates that you can go to the group ticket pick up at islands of adventure anytime after June 3rd.
