Hi Mike thanks for the review. We are really looking forward to seeing this in Australia this week it looks fantastic but my only concern is if this live adaptation would be too scary for our 3 1/2 year old? Your thoughts on if this movie is suitable for young children?
Honestly I think it might be too scary in parts for a child at that age (the villainous tiger, snake, and giant ape are all pretty frightening) but it all depends on the individual child. Some kids are better at handling that kind of thing. In the States it has a “PG” rating, which means “parental guidance suggested. Some material may not be suitable for children.” Interpret that as you will, but I would say probably age 5 or above for this one.
Thank you Mike for your opinion on this one it’s greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work all of your info is helping us in the lead up to taking our Daughter on her first trip to Disneyland in a few weeks!☺
