Fulton's Crab House to reopen as Paddlefish this Fall at Disney Springs

The popular “Fulton’s Crab House” seafood restaurant located in Disney Springs closed for refurbishment a while back. It’s now been offically announced that when they reopen this fall the restaurant will have a new name “Paddlefish”.

The Levy-owned restaurant will be re-imagined with an opulent and inviting new atmosphere. When the restaurant reopens it will also feature a rooftop lounge and an outdoor bar.

No word on the new menu yet but we can assume that it will still be featuring seafood.
