    While you don’t give your consent verbally, do you not give consent with magic band and ticket purchases? Does this fall into the level of use of images? I’d have to look at the fine print.

    However, there is a factor that there is no direct connection from name to person so..I really don’t know. I think it’s neat but I understand where some might not.

      My friends and I would purposefully come up with confusing names for ET to attempt. Sometimes he would not even try. However, sometimes the results were glorious. He would not even try Cthulhu. But, entering Amadeus makes ET say, “I’m a deuce.”
