This looks a LOT more like X-D, than a generation that remembers what the mainstream Disney Afternoon actually looked like.
Donald was in nearly all of Barks’ Uncle Scrooge stories, he’s definitely a huge part of the Duck Family dynamic, and I feel Ducktales big flaw being that Donald wasn’t a main character.
I dont even watch DXD all that much honestly. I do on rare occasions. I never saw much of the Ducktales series having been born in 1985 and the show ran from 1985-1990. Back then you had to have a special Box from your cable company as I remember to watch it on Family Channel. I still remember getting the box from the cable company for awile to unscramble the channel when mom got it for awile and seeing re-runs. I LOVED the series when I saw it ! This new series looks very promising !!! I love the artwork for the first glimpse of the series, and now that Canada has Disney Channel and Disney XD I will most definitely be watching this !!!!!!!!!

My grandson loves to watch my son’s Duck Tales dvds, my son was a big fan back then. Donald Duck did make cameo appearances, throughout the series.
