Hi, the picture of the standard room at DLH is almost identical to a picture of a deluxe room at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, HKDL. You can see that even the view out of the window is the same, but mirrored.
(This was originally discovered by user “jeffwayne12! over at themeparx.) So I would question whether this is a real piece of concept art of SDLH, or whether it’s just a recycled image from HKDL, which is just being used as a placeholder for now.
