I’ll be honest, I never really cared for this attraction. The only part I miss is the museum-like area at the end. Keeping my fingers crossed for something very exciting to replace it, and that Disney will do so quickly. After seeing what Universal did with Diagon Alley and the Hogwarts Express in less that two years, they need to step it up.
This attraction has been a joke ever since the park essentially shut down all studio production operations, and was an embarrassment after Lights Motor Action moved in. It was pretty fantastic in the early days of the park. Now the park doesn’t make much sense at all. Then again, all the Florida park brands have been heavily diluted over the past 20 years. With the retconning of all the classic attractions, and all new attractions being based on movie IPs, it’s not clear what makes one attraction open in Hollywood Studios versus any other park.

it’s pretty sad to see this closed but at least the possible replacements looks AWSOME
