I was in Magic Kingdom a few weeks ago and I saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier merch for sale at Fantasy Faire, so clearly something about the contract has changed or loopholes have been found.
Disney has the rights to sale merchandise of any property they own. They just can’t have any attractions or characters to meet with which is very sad. The day that you can meet Iron Man and Doctor Strange at Disney World, I will be the first one in line.

Soooooo…. Question. How can they put this inside of Walt Disney World if they aren’t allowed to do Marvel Stuff in the parks?

They’re not allowed to have Marvel characters in the parks meet-and-greeting, but they can have film clips.

Plus Universal has never put any of the Guardians Of The Galaxy at their park.

Actually, Universal did sell Guardians of the Galaxy action figures. But that is the only Guardians thing I have seen at Universal.
