A joyful woman donning glasses and a pink scarf channels the spirit of Madame Leota from Disney’s Haunted Mansion, beaming with laughter as she entertains fans with a microphone at Spooky Empire.

Returning to Spooky Empire’s May-Hem for the second consecutive year, voice of Ursula Pat Carroll appeared in front of a crowd of hundreds to talk about her longtime career and – of course – have a little voice acting fun.

The 87-year-old still voices Ursula for Disney to this day, as needed, for video games, rides, and more. And this year at the May-Hem event, Carroll offered her talents by reading Madame Leota’s famous lines from The Haunted Mansion.
