While the movie lacked the same humor and the plethora of differing personalities that the Avengers brought together (which was very comedic), the Winter Solider had a great storyline that was much better than the Avengers and the Action was definitely on par if not more exciting.
I have seen both and can truly say that this was by far one of Marvel’s best movies on par with the Avengers if not better.
