At Disneyland, the Christmas decorations get taken down around January 10th so yes, the Jingle Cruise will still be there 🙂

Christmas in the jungle? That could look a little absurd.

Then again, this IS the Jungle Cruise–it’s not exactly known for being serious.

I’m definitely open to this being excellent. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

It would be neat if they did Christmas overlays at other walt Disney world attractions. Maybe haunted mansion, small world or even the country bears

They actually do an overlay at Disneyland in California for the Nightmare Before Christmas being the theme, and they also redo It’s a Small World for Christmas there as well. I’m just excited OUR park in Disney World is getting into the sprite finally! 😀

As a former skipper myself, I’m actually really excited to see what they do with this. It’s nice to FINALLY see a holiday overlay on a Magic Kingdom attraction, so I hope they kick it off with a bang. I have a feeling though that not all skippers will be doing holiday spiels, as there is a “rookie” script, and an “advanced” script. I’m curious as to how the holiday script will look and sound… we shall see 🙂

This is soooo much fun!! We will be there in late December – Jungle Cruise is dear to us as part of the “Dave video” and “floating bench” reference – if anyone else is there when we hop aboard, you’re in the picture!!!
