So… is it too late to edit out the snowman from this movie? It just looks like such a grande film but that slapstick snowman looks like he was copy and pasted from another film and it doesnt quite fit in.
(BTW. I saw the toys today. The girls are gorgeous and I’m really hoping the film succeeds)
Fortunately Olaf is MUCH funnier in the movie than he is in these trailers. The clips showed at the D23 Expo featuring Olaf, particularly his introductory song, were hilarious. These trailers are not doing this movie any justice at all.
Thats what I herd from people at D23. That the Snowman was really cool. Overall it looks like another hit for Disney. There is so much on the horizon from Disney that I’m feeling good for my Disney Stock
I´ve seen some video where somebody (don´t remember what his position was) talked about how they put people in a motion capture room and used that data to animate the characters. I´m not quite sure what he meant by that – did they use it in the way you´d use live action reference, or will we actually see motion captured performances in some scenes? (I would hate that – imho, motion capuring is cheating, no self respecting animator should ever use it, and it should be outlawed…)
Does anybody have any information on that?
Can’t wait to see it.
If this doesn’t turn out to be a hit disney, it would be disappointing.
The trailer doesn’t look the greatest, but the movie seems like it’ll be a promising one. Either way, Disney is going to make money on this and that’s all they care about.
