Does anyone know when reservations can be made till? Me and my Fiancee are going to Disneyland for our honeymoon in September and I would love to get reservations there!

Reservations are now open for the usual Disneyland window, which is up to 60 days in advance.

My friend Steve went to culinary school with Andrew Sutton. In addition to being one of the NICEST chefs in the industry, Chef Sutton is also a GENIUS with flavor profiles. Think of him as being the food equivalent of a Disney animator. You might not know his name unless you look hard in the credits, but you can definitely tell his work is world-class. I’m sure you know of famous chefs like Wolfgang Puck or whomever but those guys are just about their names and brand and not the food. Chef Sutton is the real deal and it is absolutely joyous to see him succeeding so well and to have this new restaurant to delight everyone with his fabulous food. Go, Chef, Go!

  3. I happened to call today to make our July dining reservations, and casually asked when Carthay Circle would start to take reservations. She said I was the 1st in the book!!!! July 7th; 8:00 dinner for my son’s 21st birthday. Yahoo! (Loved your info :D)

I made reservations for Carthay on July 7th for my DL trip this year. Looking forward to your impressions, Ricky 🙂

The food looks great. DCA really needed another high quality restaurant. Right now, the choices in the park for fine dining are rather limited.
