Okay, this might be a dumb question, but do you need to buy a park ticket to eat there?

I have always wondered that about some fancy Disney restaurants…if you need to buy tickets to eat there.

Because to eat somewhere fancy, I feel the need to dress up but I would not want to be dressed up if I am going to a Disney park to ride attractions…so do people just buy a ticket and then not go into the park but just head right to the restaurant?

    How does this work?

Jeff – it really depends on where the restaurant is. If it is located inside one of the theme parks then a ticket will be nesecary as you cannot enter the park without a ticket. Seems silly I know, but unfortunately this is the way Disney has decided to do it. However you do not need a ticket to eat in the resurants inside of down town Disney. Hope this helps 🙂

This is the equivalent of Disneyland’s Blue Bayou. Checked out the menu today! Be prepared to spend some dough!
