I Think Ellens Energy crysis (Epcot), The Great Movie Ride (Disney Studios) Dinosaur (Animal Kingdom, Spiderman and Harry Potter (IOA) all are track-free rides. So it won´t be the first. Not that is matters because it looks awesome. If the ride take different routes, that will be a first in Orlando.
Dinosaur, Spiderman, and harry potter are all on a track. True Ellen and great movie ride are not but the sea world one will be free roaming and move quickly and spin through a big room. Checkout Tokyo disneyland Winnie the pooh.
