Video: Jambalaya Jazz Band performs at Disneyland, New Orleans Bayou Bash begins

in Disney, Disneyland Resort, Entertainment, Music, Theme Parks

In honor of the New Orleans Bayou Bash kicking off today at Disneyland, I bring you a quick video performance that I shot during my recent trip to the park.

One of the biggest entertainment advantages Disneyland park has over its Magic Kingdom counterpart at Walt Disney World is the abundance of live musical performances that can frequently be enjoyed throughout the park. Included among the many live acts is the Jambalaya Jazz Band, who appear regularly in New Orleans Square to play a few quick jazz songs before stepping off stage. I always make a point to catch at least one of the jazz bands that frequent that land while on a trip to the west coast.

And on this trip, I captured the Jambalaya Jazz Band in 1080p HD video and binaural audio, so please enjoy the video below while wearing headphones for the best experience.

Disneyland’s New Orleans Bayou Bash begins today and continues on select days through March 11, not only offering live music but also character meet-and-greets and special food.

(And for those in Orlando, while Walt Disney World doesn’t have a Mardi Gras celebration, Universal Orlando does, and it begins tomorrow.)
