    Howdy Pards,

Well now, I sure hope the President was able to take the time to visit Liberty Square, to ride on the Riverboat,
and watch that stirrin’ show over at the Hall of Presidents. It’s a good show in which President Obama gives a very good speech… I hope the President got the chance to visit the Country Bear Jamboree and maybe eat over at Pecos Bill’s Café… I always kinda enjoy eatin’ there whenever I visit…

I hope he got the chance to visit with some of those real, honest to gosh tourists who were enjoyin’ the Magic Kingdom…

Ya know, it’s kinda nice to hear that we want folks to come and visit…folks from China…and Brazil…and other places. And walkin’ around Walt Disney World you surely do get the idea that “It’s a Small World” afterall.

I wonder if there is any truth to the rumor that the President would only visit because Dumbo wasn’t operational yet…Democrats tend to shy away from that ride for some reason…

Anyways…I hope the folks at Walt Disney World take the hint and start seriously workin’ on that Brazil
Pavilion over at Epcot…expandin’ the Monorail system…and start sellin’ the sizzle a little more like Walt used to do. Gosh…there’s a whole huge new section of Fantasyland about to open up and outside of Inside The Magic folks aren’t hearin’ much…

I wonder if Ricky understands just how important he is to us Disney Fans these days? I hope he does…but, then again, we don’t want it goin’ to his head or nuthin’… In all seriousness…thanks Ricky for keepin’ us all up to date on all things Disney…oh, and, uh Potter too…

Adios for now. Talk to ya on down the trail.

Political viewpoints aside, I think it’s a shame that they didn’t let park visitors see the speech, even from a distance. I had the opportunity to attend a presidential speech when I was a child and every kid in the class was extremely excited. We were too young to truly understand and engage in the politics of what was said but it was a big deal to see the POTUS in person. Different times and different situations, I guess.

I know you are not from the U.S., but you probably should order Hooked On Phonics if you want to engage in a serious discussion with people of the English speaking persuasion.

    Hi All,

OT is right but also rude. It can be frustrating to come into the US. Lot’s of paperwork, extra checks and a payment of 14 dollars a person. Customs are also a waiting hell. But as A Dutchman I love the US and I’m going to visit you for the tenth time. But I can imagine with all the security and forms you pass.
