Universal Orlando Resort guests can now savor the addition of churrascaria menu offerings at a Brazilian steakhouse experience now open within CityWalk’s Latin Quarter. The new main courses are served “rodizio” style, which means a continuous service of South-American rotisserie skewers full of meats brought directly from the grill and sliced tableside.
Anyone who has visited the nearby Texas De Brazil restaurant on International Drive (or any of its many other locations) will be familiar with the concept of a Brazilian steakhouse. Ohana’s at Walt Disney World’s Polynesian Resort serves in a similar style, though with an island flair to their menu.
The new Brazilian steakhouse at Universal Orlando CityWalk is located on the upper level of Latin Quarter. Meats served include filet mignon, roast beef, short ribs, lamb, pork and the house specialty picanha (top sirloin). In addition, there is a buffet and salad bar featuring with American favorites and authentic Brazilian side dishes – but don’t fill up there. The real treat is in the table-side meat.
Reservations for churrascaria dining are recommended. For more information or to make a reservation, visit CityWalk’s web site or call (407) 224-2691.
