Splash Mountain has had a single rider line for a long time now, but I have never seen for it.
Last time I was there it was 60 degrees and a little misty. There was no line and I able to go around a couple times. I don’t know why there was no line, it was perfect Seattle-like June weather.
The cats arent strays. They are actually supposed to be there to eliminate the rats. Dropped guest foods, like popcorn and such kept them well fed. Tom Sawyer Island used to have alot of rats until the cats came in. The cats usually aren’t seen in the during park hours.
